What are e-Statements?

e-Statements are simply electronic versions of your regular bank statements. Notices are delivered to your email address just days after your normal statement period ends. With e-Statement you can view and print your statement from any computer with internet access.

How do I sign up for e-Statement?

To sign up for e-Statement, please visit your local branch or complete the form located here. Once completed, please print and sign the form. On the bottom of the form there are instructions on how to send your request to the bank for processing. Additionally, the bank will send you an email once your enrollment is processed.

What do I need to use e-Statement?

You need a computer with internet access, an email account and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

How can I get Adobe Reader?

The email that contains your electronic statement will have a link to enable you to download the free software at that time. Or visit http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Will I receive my check images with my e-Statement?

Yes, with e-Statement you will be able to view images of the front and back of your checks.

When will I receive my e-Statements?

Your e-Statements are available through https://ibs.jaxbank.com/ichecknet at any time. Notifications will arrive within 24 hours of the end of your normal statement period when a new statement is available on the portal.

How much does e-Statement cost?

e-Statements are free!

Will I continue to receive my paper statement in the mail?

No, paper statements will be discontinued once you sign-up for e-Statement.

How long will the statements be available to me?

Statements will be available on https://ibs.jaxbank.com/ichecknet for a minimum of 12 months. You may either print your statements or save them to your computer for future reference.

What are the security risks and is my information secure?

All e-Statement files are available via the secure portal. To access your portal, you will need your username and password provided during enrollment.

What if my email address changes?

Please notify us immediately of any changes to your email address. You may notify us by visiting any of our branch locations or sending a written letter of authorization to the following address:

Why did I not receive my e-Statement?

e-Statements are available on the portal even if you do not receive your notification. However, please check your junk or spam folders for your e-Statement notice. Some email service providers may automatically mark your e-Statement Notification as junk mail. If you cannot locate your e-Statement Notification, please contact your local branch.
